- 8oz self-raising flour,sifted
- 8oz caster sugar(or vanilla sugar)
- 8oz unsalted butter,at room temperature
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs(free range or organic)
- 2 cupcake or muffin pans lined with 15 cupcake cases
Method
step 1
Preheat oven to 180'cstep 2
Combine all ingredients in a bowl with an electric mixed until well combined.step 3
Spoon into cases and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and well risen.step 4
Cool on wire rack and then ice with chosen topping. Enjoy!
