Moist gowey brownies, so chocolaty, absoloutly amazing

  • 225g caster sugar
  • 100g margarine
  • 40g coco powder
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 50g self-raising flour
  • 50g chocolate chips


    1. Cream the margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy
    2. Add the eggs a little at a time, with the vanilla essence
    3. Sift the flour and the coco, folding gently.
    4. Add the chocolate chips
    5. Spoon into a lined 20x20cm tin.
    6. Cook at 180 c for 30 mins
