Ingredients

  • 225g caster sugar
  • 100g margarine
  • 40g coco powder
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 50g self-raising flour
  • 50g chocolate chips

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cream the margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy
  • STEP 2
    Add the eggs a little at a time, with the vanilla essence
  • STEP 3
    Sift the flour and the coco, folding gently.
  • STEP 4
    Add the chocolate chips
  • STEP 5
    Spoon into a lined 20x20cm tin.
  • STEP 6
    Cook at 180 c for 30 mins
