- 1 kg chicken,cut into medium size pieces
- 1/2 kg onions,chopped
- 8-10 green chilies,cut into 1 inch pieces
- 4-5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2-3 lemon,juiced
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- salt to taste
- STEP 1Cook chicken with salt till tender and almost dry.
- STEP 2Heat oil in a thick bottomed vessel,add green chilies, saute then add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
- STEP 3Now add cooked chicken,ground pepper and lemon juice.mix well and cook till the chicken is dry.
- STEP 4serve hot with rice/roti
