  • Ingredients
  • 1 kg chicken,cut into medium size pieces
  • 1/2 kg onions,chopped
  • 8-10 green chilies,cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 4-5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2-3 lemon,juiced
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • salt to taste

    Method

    • step 1

      Cook chicken with salt till tender and almost dry.
    • step 2

      Heat oil in a thick bottomed vessel,add green chilies, saute then add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
    • step 3

      Now add cooked chicken,ground pepper and lemon juice.mix well and cook till the chicken is dry.
    • step 4

      serve hot with rice/roti
    • step 5
