Ingredients
- 80 g rolled oats
- 40 g sunflower seeds
- 40 g pumpkin seeds
- 20 g shredded coconut
- 1/2 t sp cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 40 ml maple syrup
- 30 ml coconut oil
Method
- STEP 1Preheat your oven to 180° C. Place the oat, almond meal, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, coconut, cinnamon in a bowl and mix to combine. Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract and coconut oil and mix to coat.
- STEP 2Spread the mixture on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Then gently stir and bake for 10 minutes more. Don’t overtake-granola should be golden color.
- STEP 3Allow to cool on the tray.
