Ingredients

  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • 40 g pumpkin seeds
  • 20 g shredded coconut
  • 1/2 t sp cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 40 ml maple syrup
  • 30 ml coconut oil

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat your oven to 180° C. Place the oat, almond meal, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, coconut, cinnamon in a bowl and mix to combine. Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract and coconut oil and mix to coat.
  • STEP 2
    Spread the mixture on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Then gently stir and bake for 10 minutes more. Don’t overtake-granola should be golden color.
  • STEP 3
    Allow to cool on the tray.
