Ingredients
- 250g Taglatelle
- Few Fresh Herbs
- 2 Spring Onions
- Black Pepper Freshly Grind
- 0.5 TBLSP Olive Oil
- 100g Philadelphia Garlic And Herb
- 4 TBLSP Semi Skimmed Milk
- 0.5g Lemon Juice
- 125g Smoked Salmon
Method
- STEP 1Slice 2 of the leeks long anf fine.
- STEP 2Heat the 0.5 tblsp of oil in a frying pan.
- STEP 3Gently fry the onionsin the oil.
- STEP 4Add the 100g of Philadelphia.
- STEP 5Add the milk.
- STEP 6Add the lemon juice.
- STEP 7Stir it on a low heat.
- STEP 8When soft pour it over the drained Tagliatelle.
- STEP 9Add the 125g of sliced smoked salmon and ad the freshly grind pepper.
- STEP 10Serve on nice plate to eat.
