Ingredients

  • 250g Taglatelle
  • Few Fresh Herbs
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • Black Pepper Freshly Grind
  • 0.5 TBLSP Olive Oil
  • 100g Philadelphia Garlic And Herb
  • 4 TBLSP Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 0.5g Lemon Juice
  • 125g Smoked Salmon

Method

  • STEP 1
    Slice 2 of the leeks long anf fine.
  • STEP 2
    Heat the 0.5 tblsp of oil in a frying pan.
  • STEP 3
    Gently fry the onionsin the oil.
  • STEP 4
    Add the 100g of Philadelphia.
  • STEP 5
    Add the milk.
  • STEP 6
    Add the lemon juice.
  • STEP 7
    Stir it on a low heat.
  • STEP 8
    When soft pour it over the drained Tagliatelle.
  • STEP 9
    Add the 125g of sliced smoked salmon and ad the freshly grind pepper.
  • STEP 10
    Serve on nice plate to eat.
