  • 450g Plain Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 25g caster sugar
  • 350ml Beer
  • 100g Grated Cheese
  • 2 Eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a loaf tin

  2. Beat eggs together, add the beer

  3. Pass dry ingredients through seive

  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients and pour into greased loaf tin

  5. Bake for 45 mins, allow to cool on wire rack
