- 450g Plain Flour
- 2 tablespoons Baking Powder
- 25g caster sugar
- 350ml Beer
- 100g Grated Cheese
- 2 Eggs
Method
step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a loaf tinstep 2
Beat eggs together, add the beerstep 3
Pass dry ingredients through seivestep 4
Combine dry and wet ingredients and pour into greased loaf tinstep 5
Bake for 45 mins, allow to cool on wire rack
