Cheesy Beer Bread

  • 450g Plain Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 25g caster sugar
  • 350ml Beer
  • 100g Grated Cheese
  • 2 Eggs


  • STEP 1
    Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a loaf tin
  • STEP 2
    Beat eggs together, add the beer
  • STEP 3
    Pass dry ingredients through seive
  • STEP 4
    Combine dry and wet ingredients and pour into greased loaf tin
  • STEP 5
    Bake for 45 mins, allow to cool on wire rack
