- 450g Plain Flour
- 2 tablespoons Baking Powder
- 25g caster sugar
- 350ml Beer
- 100g Grated Cheese
- 2 Eggs
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a loaf tin
- STEP 2Beat eggs together, add the beer
- STEP 3Pass dry ingredients through seive
- STEP 4Combine dry and wet ingredients and pour into greased loaf tin
- STEP 5Bake for 45 mins, allow to cool on wire rack
