Ingredients
- 1/2 Broccoli
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Aubergine
- 1 Courgette
- 250 g frozen Prawns
- 50 g Green Curry paste
- 500 ml Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Lemon grass
- 1 fresh Chilli
- 6 cherry tomatoes halfed
Method
- STEP 1Cut all the vegatables in cubes
- STEP 2Heat the oil in the pan and add the curry paste. Make sure you cook it for about 2 minutes
- STEP 3Add the coconut milk and stear until it turns in a nice sauce. Then add all the cut vegetable, chilli, whole lemon grass and the prawns
