- 500 gms of ripe bananas
- 15 Cashew nuts
- Vanilla essence
- STEP 1Take the ripe bananas ,chop them and freeze it for more than 7 hours.
- STEP 2Soak the cashew nuts in water.
- STEP 3Take out the bananas.
- STEP 4Take the cashew nuts ,water and vanilla essence and grind them in mixture. This makes the cashew milk.
- STEP 5Add cocoa powder to the cashew milk. Add 4-5 soft dates.
- STEP 6Blend it with banana. Repeat 2-3 times.
- STEP 7Add toppings according to your wish.
- STEP 8Freeze it for more than 24 hours.
