- fast-action yeast 1 sachet
- 400g self-raising flour
- a pinch of salt
- loaf tin
- baking powder
- milk
Method
- STEP 1preheat oven to gas mark 6/180c mix the pinch of salt and the flour thoroughly Add the fast action yeast and the milk into the dry mix Mix until sticky Place mixture into large bowl and cover with cling film Leave overnight at room-temperature
- STEP 2flour surface for kneading tip out dough and knead for 2 minutes
- STEP 3grease loaf tin and transfer dough to tin cook for 25mins
