    Method

    • step 1

      preheat oven to gas mark 6/180c mix the pinch of salt and the flour thoroughly Add the fast action yeast and the milk into the dry mix Mix until sticky Place mixture into large bowl and cover with cling film Leave overnight at room-temperature
    • step 2

      flour surface for kneading tip out dough and knead for 2 minutes
    • step 3

      grease loaf tin and transfer dough to tin cook for 25mins

    So I turn on my oven then put the dough aside overnight then put it in the oven? Isn't that a waste of power? Oh and how much milk and baking powder should I use?
