- 1 eggs
- 100ml Milk

Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 200°.
- STEP 2Sieve flour into a bowl.
- STEP 3Add the butter and rub with the flour.
- STEP 4Add the sugar into the mix withe the butter & flour.
- STEP 5Crack 1 egg then stir in Vanilla extract & milk.
- STEP 6Crush mini eggs and put them into the mix
- STEP 7Divide them into 12 cupcake cases and bake for 15 minutes
