  • 225g Self-Raising
  • 75g Butter
  • 75g Sugar
  • 1tsp Vanilla Essence.
  • 1 eggs
  • 100ml Milk

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat oven to 200°.
  • STEP 2
    Sieve flour into a bowl.
  • STEP 3
    Add the butter and rub with the flour.
  • STEP 4
    Add the sugar into the mix withe the butter & flour.
  • STEP 5
    Crack 1 egg then stir in Vanilla extract & milk.
  • STEP 6
    Crush mini eggs and put them into the mix
  • STEP 7
    Divide them into 12 cupcake cases and bake for 15 minutes
