- STEP 1
Roll out the pastry to about 2cm thick

Squeeze the sausage meat onto the middle of the pastry
- STEP 3
Roll the pastry over the sausage meat and press firmly at the edges to seal.

Egg brush the folded pastry
- STEP 5
Slice the long sausage roll into equal pieces
- STEP 6
With scissors, cut little Christmas Trees into the top of the pastry
- STEP 7
Put the sausage rolls in the oven to cook
- STEP 8
Remove them when the pastry is golden/light brown
