Ingredients
- 225g softened butter
- 225g caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 225g S/R flour (remove amount of flour for any other dry ingredients put in)
- 50g cocca powder
- 50g mini marshmallows
- some plain flour to dust inside of cake/loaf tin
Method
- STEP 1Heat oven to 180C fan 160C Beat together 225 g softened butter & 225 g caster sugar until creamy, then add the 4 eggs, one at a time mixing slowly
- STEP 2Sift in the 225g self-raising flour, and mix until well combined. Add any other ingredients (eg: cocca powder, marshmallows etc) Grease inside of a cake/loaf tin with some butter and dust with plain flour
- STEP 3Bake for 45-60 mins until a pointy knife inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean. Leave on rack to cool
