  • Plain Flour (125g)
  • Warm Water (6 Tbsp)
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil

    Method

    • step 1

      Add a pinch of salt & 1 tsp of Olive oil
    • step 2

      Add 6 tbsp of warm water
    • step 3

      Add 6 tbsp of warm water
    • step 4

      Combine all ingredients until dough forms
    • step 5

      Flour work surface and knead until tacky consistency
    • step 6

      Refrigerate for 20 mins in cling film
    • step 7

      Remove dough and divide into 4 equal portions
    • step 8

      Flour and roll out each portion to ~1cm thickness
    • step 9

      Cook in hot pan with splash of olive oil (2 mins each side)
