Ingredients
- Plain Flour (125g)
- Warm Water (6 Tbsp)
- Salt
- Olive Oil
Method
- STEP 1Add a pinch of salt & 1 tsp of Olive oil
- STEP 2Add 6 tbsp of warm water
- STEP 3Add 6 tbsp of warm water
- STEP 4Combine all ingredients until dough forms
- STEP 5Flour work surface and knead until tacky consistency
- STEP 6Refrigerate for 20 mins in cling film
- STEP 7Remove dough and divide into 4 equal portions
- STEP 8Flour and roll out each portion to ~1cm thickness
- STEP 9Cook in hot pan with splash of olive oil (2 mins each side)
