Orzo with Chicken Mince and raisins

- 1 red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400 grams broccoli
- 140 grams orzo (riso)
- 400 grams of chicken mince meat
- 50 grams of grated Peccorino
- 1000 ml vegetable stock
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 40 grams raisins
Method

Bring the vegetable stock to the boil in a large panstep 2
Finely chop the onion and the garlic. Cut the broccoli in small piecesstep 3
Cook the broccoli and orzo in the vegetable stock with the lid on for 8 minutes. After 4 minutes add the raisins. After cooking drain the liquid and allow to cool without the lidstep 4
Fry the garlic and onion on low heat for 2 minutes. Add the chicken mince and fry at medium heat for 4 minutes, until cooked.step 5
Add the broccoli, orzo, raisins and three quarters of the Peccorino to the pan. Heat for 3-4 minutes on high heat. Season to tastestep 6
Divide the food over the plates and sprinkle with the remaining Peccorino
