Bring the vegetable stock to the boil in a large pan

Finely chop the onion and the garlic. Cut the broccoli in small pieces

Cook the broccoli and orzo in the vegetable stock with the lid on for 8 minutes. After 4 minutes add the raisins. After cooking drain the liquid and allow to cool without the lid

Fry the garlic and onion on low heat for 2 minutes. Add the chicken mince and fry at medium heat for 4 minutes, until cooked.

Add the broccoli, orzo, raisins and three quarters of the Peccorino to the pan. Heat for 3-4 minutes on high heat. Season to taste
