40g yellow pepper

Method
step 1
Prep vegetables, cut up lettuce, pepper and chilli
step 2
Put the frozen shrimp in a small frying pan, once shrimps are pink add the chilli and cook for a few minutes untill the chilli juices cook into the prawns
step 3
Add the frozen petit pois to the pan and cook through till hot, meanwhile place pepper and lettuce in a bowl and top with dressing
step 4
Once the shrimp, chilli and petit pois are cooked through place ontop of the salad in the bowl and enjoy :)
