- 4 breast of chicken or quarters
- 1 pot low fat or fat free yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of;
- Curry Powder
- Ground Coriander
- Ground Cumin
- Garam Masala
- Paprika
- Turmeric
- Salt and pepper to season
Method
- STEP 1Remove skin from chicken
- STEP 2Mix all other ingredients in a bowl
- STEP 3Place chicken in a large flat pyrex dish
- STEP 4Cover chicken in marinade
- STEP 5Cover and marinade in fridge for 4 to 24 hours
- STEP 6Cook in oven gas mark 6/200c for an hour
- STEP 7Serve with whatever you like such as rice, salad, veg curry
