Crepes breton in the nutella

  • 500g. of flour
  • 1L of milk
  • 100g. of sugar
  • a pinch of salt


  1. Poor the flour, sugar and milk into the measuring jug.

  2. Poor this preparation into a bowl.

  3. Add a pinch of salt

  4. Beat this preparation with a whisk.

  5. Leave for 2 hours this preparation.

  6. Now,put this pastry into the frying pan

  7. With a laddle, turn the pqstry with a fish slice

  8. Eat with Nutella( marmelade, jam, sugar or cassonade)
