- Plain flour 100g
- Icing sugar 25g
- Butter or margarine 100g
- Desicated coconut 75g
Filling
- Plain flour 100g
- Icing sugar 25g
- Butter or margarine 100g
- Desicated coconut 75g
- Nutella 1/2 teaspoon each parcel
- Chopped hazelnuts 1/2 teaspoon each parcel
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 175
- STEP 2Mix flour and icing sugar then add butter and combine. Roll into golf ball size pieces.
- STEP 3Place coconut on a plate and roll balls on coconut, flatten with the palm of your hand into oval shape approx 3 to 5mm
- STEP 4Spread nutella across the middle avoiding sides then add hazelnuts.
- STEP 5Bring top and bottom to meet encasing filling like a cornish pasty and press together along seam.
- STEP 6Bake for 15 to 20 mins at 175
