Ingredients

  • Plain flour 100g
  • Icing sugar 25g
  • Butter or margarine 100g
  • Desicated coconut 75g

Filling

  • Plain flour 100g
  • Icing sugar 25g
  • Butter or margarine 100g
  • Desicated coconut 75g
  • Nutella 1/2 teaspoon each parcel
  • Chopped hazelnuts 1/2 teaspoon each parcel

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat oven to 175
  • STEP 2
    Mix flour and icing sugar then add butter and combine. Roll into golf ball size pieces.
  • STEP 3
    Place coconut on a plate and roll balls on coconut, flatten with the palm of your hand into oval shape approx 3 to 5mm
  • STEP 4
    Spread nutella across the middle avoiding sides then add hazelnuts.
  • STEP 5
    Bring top and bottom to meet encasing filling like a cornish pasty and press together along seam.
  • STEP 6
    Bake for 15 to 20 mins at 175
