• 1& half tsp of curry powder (if you like it, it adds great flavour)
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of cheese chopped
  • 1 cup of onion chopped finely
  • 4 cloves of garlic chopped finely
  • 1 medium broccoli including stem chopped up small


  • STEP 1
    chop up cheese,onion,garlic and broccoli
  • STEP 2
    put in a large saucepan milk and cheese on low to medium heat stirring often
  • STEP 3
    in a smaller saucepan put broccoli in boiling water just enough to just cover the broccoli for ten mins when done pour all of the small saucepan into the soup mix
  • STEP 4
    In the same small saucepan put in the onion,garlic and curry powder about an inch of water above the ingredeants and boil for 20 mins or until very soft
  • STEP 5
    may have to add water in the meantime, then pour all that saucepan into the soup mix
  • STEP 6
    now stir on low heat for 10 mins
  • STEP 7
    serve hot with a sprig of parsley and fresh ground black pepper..
  • STEP 8
    then serve with my great Cheezy Rosemary Biscuits
