Chocolate and Vannilla Marble Cake

  • 150g Self-raising Flour
  • 150g Butter
  • 150g Muscavado Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbs Cocoa Powder
  • 4 tbs Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder


  1. Preheat oven to 180c/ fan

  2. Beat butter then add sugar and beat mixture until light and fluffy.

  3. Sift in self-raising flour and baking powder and mix together.

  4. Spoon roughly halve of the mixture into another bowl.

  5. In one bowl add cocoa powder and mix in. After that, mix in 2 tbs in each bowl and mix together.

  6. Place mixtures from each bowl in turn into a cake tin.

  7. Cook for 20-25 mins. Then place to cool for 15 mins and take out of cake tin. Slice and enjoy!!!
