Ingredients

  • 150g butter
  • 150g castor sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g shelled walnuts
  • 100g shelled walnuts

Method

  • STEP 1
    Chop walnuts finely
  • STEP 2
    Mix the milk with the eggs in a bowl and then add to it the walnuts and the self-raising flour, making a creamed mixture.
  • STEP 3
    Place in the mixture in a tin and bake for 1 hour and 15 mins
  • STEP 4
    Turn the cake out of the tin and place on a rack.
