- 150g butter
- 150g castor sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100g shelled walnuts
- 100g shelled walnuts
Method
- STEP 1Chop walnuts finely
- STEP 2Mix the milk with the eggs in a bowl and then add to it the walnuts and the self-raising flour, making a creamed mixture.
- STEP 3Place in the mixture in a tin and bake for 1 hour and 15 mins
- STEP 4Turn the cake out of the tin and place on a rack.
