- 1 Onion
- 1 Chopped Garlic Clove
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 400g Tinned Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Filling
- 1 Onion
- 1 Chopped Garlic Clove
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 400g Tinned Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Pack of Meatballs
Method
- STEP 1Fry onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes
- STEP 2Add parsley and tomatoes - cook for 15 minutes
- STEP 3Stir in red wine vinegar, cinnamon and sugar
- STEP 4Cook pasta
- STEP 5Brown meatballs, add to sauce - cook for 10 minutes
