Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Chopped Garlic Clove
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 400g Tinned Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Filling

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Chopped Garlic Clove
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 400g Tinned Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Pack of Meatballs

Method

  • STEP 1
    Fry onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes
  • STEP 2
    Add parsley and tomatoes - cook for 15 minutes
  • STEP 3
    Stir in red wine vinegar, cinnamon and sugar
  • STEP 4
    Cook pasta
  • STEP 5
    Brown meatballs, add to sauce - cook for 10 minutes
