- STEP 1
Preheat the oven at 190°C/375°F or Gas mark 5

Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer cream the margarine and sugar until light fluffy.

Beat the eggs in a cup then gradually add them into the mixture. After that add the coca powder.

Sift in half of the flour
- STEP 5
Add the milk
- STEP 6
Sift and incorporate the other half of the flour
- STEP 7
Mix in the chocolate chips
- STEP 8
Put into cake cases using an Ice cream scoop making sure that the mixture is level.
- STEP 9
Bake in the oven for 20-30 minuets.
- STEP 10
Place onto a cooling rack to cool then decorate the cakes the way you like.
- STEP 11
For the Buttercreme: Cream the butter and icing sugar in a bowl
- STEP 12
Add the milk in and mix until smooth.
