  1. Heat the garlic, lemon juice, ketchup and stock together in a frying pan. Simmer until syrupy and thickened.

  2. Add the prawns and some seasoning, then heat through. Serve with broccoli, steamed rice and lemon wedges.

I made this tonight and it was really lovely. I added more garlic and used fresh runner beans straight from my garden instead of broccoli. Will definitely make again and it was a nice quick meal too. 5 star for me.

Loved this tonight, simple but with impact. I added another garlic clove and a couple of tablespoons of chilli oil to give a tiny kick. Yum! Also in future may double the recipe to get more sauce for the rice.

Loved this recipe! I added a few chilli flakes to spice up the sauce. Definitely one to repeat!

I had a feeling this wasn't going to be a winner but tried it anyway, mainly due to having all the ingredients to hand. The sauce is just weird. Tangy liquid prawn cocktail. Note to self: 'Listen to the voice in your head shouting 'this is not going to work!'

I made this dish with sweet chilli sauce instead of ketchup to give it a bit of heat and served with noodles instead of rice. An easy and low fat meal.
