  • 100g strawberries, hulled and halved

Once available in Britain for just a brief period during the summer, strawberries are now a year…

  • 50g caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp rosewater
  • chilled bottle of Champagne or prosecco

Bubbling Prosecco is now one of the UK’s most popular alcoholic drinks. Not all varieties…

  1. Blitz the strawberries with the sugar and rosewater in a blender or small food processor to form a purée. Add a spoon or two to each glass, then top up with your choice of chilled bubbly.

Way too much rose water!!!! I love rose water but this tasted like perfume, please only put 2 drops in not 2 tbsp. Also check out the frose recipe as it is sublime.

Far too much rose more like two drops not two tables spoons!

Made this as a birthday treat for my daughter - partly because I've got rosewater in the cupboard!!

Delicious! So easy but impressive. Didn't have rosewater and the drink tasted fine without it

I dipped the rims of the glasses in a mixture of sugar and a pinch of edible glitter, to add a special touch!
