- 200ml pink grapefruit juice
- 100ml gin
- ½ small bunch thyme
- 50ml Campari
- 25ml red vermouth
- 750ml rosé wine
- 1 tbsp honey, plus more to taste
- ice
Method
- STEP 1
Put all the ingredients together in a punch bowl, add lots of ice, stir gently and serve immediately.
