A bit average I’m afraid, I probably wouldn’t bother to make it again. It made a filling lunch to use up the post-Christmas Stilton mountain, but the sauce was a bit watery. Maybe I added too much pasta water (I admit to not measuring, just a ladleful). I also added twice as much Stilton to get any real flavour.

We loved this! I agree that the comments about the cheese being smelly are super over the top, if you don't like blue cheese then yeah, this won't be the recipe for you... I added some spinach and some peas, and a little boullion stock powder, was delicious and easy to make.

Just made this for lunch and I've to admit I'm torn. It wasn't amazing ... it wasn't bad either. I think I'll try again another time before I rate it though as for now I'd be giving it a 3 which wouldn't really go into my make again list. (That said I didn't have any lemon juice to throw in at the end so that might make a major difference)

I love this recipe and I make it 2-3 times a month as it goes perfect as a lunch box. I don't agree with the smell-opinions that some have stated - maybe you simply don't like blue cheese or chose the wrong type? Because this dish is delicious! It's also so simple and quick to make. Just one thing, if you're planning on using Frozen Broccoli Florets, be aware that you might want to throw them in a minute earlier as well as waiting to continue counting the 4 minutes left on the pasta After the water is boiling again. Tip! Try it with garlic!

This is a simple, delicious, quick lunch or light supper if you enjoy blue cheese. If you don't, try another recipe!!

Just okay. Won't be adding to my saved recipes but did make a change.

I'd ignore the rather over-the-top negative comments below - if you like blue cheese, broccoli and walnuts, try it. We do and we love it - a very, very quick and easy supper. My daughter's not keen on blue cheese so she has hers with cheddar and I like to add some peas to the pot and finish with some chopped avocado on the top. Simple and tasty!

I did this recipe at college, it SMELT like sick, it LOOKED like sick, BUT DID NOT taste like sick. Also when it cools it goes a greyish colur - uurghh. I WOULD NOT recommend this recipe, to anyone with a bit between their ears!! I totally agree with Suzyanna.

Delicious, easy weeknight recipe. Better the second time with less oil, cooking water and lemon.
