I'm not sure how mojitoish this drink is but it was very delicious. Served at a Thai dinner party and the flavours all worked well together

This is a really delicious non-alcoholic drink - dead easy to prepare, and just as good as the alcoholic version! I tried this with the ginger ale and I also used sparkling apple juice.
