  • 1kg caster sugar
  • 2 tsp lavender flower - picked or Bart sells in jars

Method

  1. Mix the sugar and lavender, then divide between small bags or jars.

Made this for female guests at my wedding....so so easy, it was fantastic and looked beautiful. I would highly recommend if you want something mega cheap, easy and pretty!

Maybe the lavender should be picked on a dry, sunny day - if it is the slightest bit damp, it would form lumps in the sugar.
