Barbecue pork with bok choi
A Chinese-inspired meal that you can make tonight with little fuss

Plus 10 mins marinating- Mix the ketchup, garlic and soy sauce together in a large bowl, then add the pork and rub in the sauce. Leave to marinate for 10 mins. Heat grill to medium-high.
