- Heat the grill to high. Toast the bread on one side. Flip the slices over and top each with a slice of tomato, goat's cheese and basil leaf. Drizzle a little oil over each one. Grill for about 5 mins until the cheese is just starting to melt and the basil leaf is crispy.
