Method

  1. Heat the grill to high. Toast the bread on one side. Flip the slices over and top each with a slice of tomato, goat's cheese and basil leaf. Drizzle a little oil over each one. Grill for about 5 mins until the cheese is just starting to melt and the basil leaf is crispy.

    A non fussy speedy starter. The goat's cheese gives it a special touch. I like to add some fresh ground pepper to and it's always a winner with my guests!
