Method

  1. First mix the olive oil and chilli in a bowl. While the flavours mingle, toast the split rolls or bread. Top with the sausage, rocket and goat's cheese, then drizzle over the chilli oil.

    These were great, used chorizo. Had to top it off with balsamic vinegar, just to give it that extra.

  • 100g goat's cheese , crumbled
