  • 2 thick slices granary bread
  • 200g pot of low-fat prawn cocktail
  • ¼ iceberg lettuce iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • ½ avocado, halved stoned and sliced

Method

Lightly toast the bread. Spread the bread with a little of the sauce from the prawn cocktail and top with the lettuce and avocado. Finally, top with the prawn cocktail.
