Method

  1. Gas 7, 210 C Fry the mince, chopped onion and garlic with a little oil until the onions are soft and the meat is brown.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms (or other vegetables) and fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Crumble in the stock cube and stir in the chopped tomatoes, puree and chilli and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. You may need to add a little water if the mixture becomes to dry.
  5. Serve with pasta.

  • 1 Beef Stock Cube

  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli
