Honeyed carrots
Kids won't eat carrots? Hide them under their radar by dressing them up with honey and sesame seeds

- Peel the carrots and put them in a large pan. Add the honey and butter and just cover with water. Bring to the boil and then reduce to a simmer, cook until all the water has evaporated and you are left with a slightly sticky sauce and tender carrots. Top up the water if you need to. Serve sprinkled with the toasted sesame seeds and season.
