I love any opportunity to be creative and have been lucky enough to turn that into a varied freelance career. In recent years I have specialised in home cocktail-making recipes, I also enjoy writing cake recipes, anything to do with easy entertaining and I also started making miniature versions of classic recipes on social media which I called "will it cereal size?" As well as writing recipes I really enjoy helping come up with creative solutions for food media brands like Good Food. That could be anything from directing a food shoot to making a cake that looks like a cactus or setting up a spreadsheet for organising a magazine! I have written over 500 recipes for Good Food, am the author of five recipe books, have written for several leading food publications and websites and in my spare time I’m learning to be a theatre director.
