Black bean pork with noodles

Method

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan then add the garlic cloves, grated ginger and chopped large red chilli. Cook for 1-2 minutes until softened. Add the minced pork and cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes until browned. Stir in a jar of black bean sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to pack instructions. Drain and toss with the pork and shredded spring onions.

    absolutely love this. even my kids wolfed the lot down! made enough for 4, scoffed by 3. this will become a fav weekly dish.
