After completing a professional chef diploma at Westminster Kingsway College, Liberty went on to work as a pastry chef at the House of Commons before joining the team at Good Food as cookery assistant. Specialising in all things patisserie, her cakes are much sought-after among the Good Food team – the proof’s in the pudding. She’s also interested in environmental issues and endeavours to make the test kitchen as eco-friendly as possible.
