Emily Kerrigan

Emily is a food writer, mum of two and regular contributor to BBC Good Food’s family and kids content. She cooks fresh, simple meals for, and often with, her children, sharing the recipes @modernfamilyfood.

As an Ambassador for Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution, she taught cookery to primary school children and is subsequently retraining to teach the full curriculum, from kids’ five-a-day to their five times tables.

Before having children she wrote a column for olive magazine and reviewed restaurants and hotels for Time Out, the Good Food Guide and Mr & Mrs Smith.
