1. The Promoter is Immediate Media Company London Limited (Company Number 06189487).
2. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant or claimant of a prize.
3. The opening date for entries is 00:00 on 1st May 2025 and the closing date for entries is 23:59 on 31st July 2025.
4. By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
to be bound by these terms and conditions;
that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
5. Entrants should enter by submitting a correct answer to a multiple choice question and providing their details through this website. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
6. Entries which, in the Promoter’s opinion, may be deemed offensive, discriminatory, inappropriate, defamatory or which are unlawful will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
7. Entrants must supply to Immediate Media Company Limited their full name and email address. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the privacy policy. Entries and claims for prizes which do not include all of the information required will be deemed as invalid.
8. Only one entry will be permitted per person. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted. Participants who seek to enter more than once may be disqualified.

10. The winning entrant will be the first valid entry drawn at random from all the valid entries, after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the winner’s details with the prize provider for the purpose of fulfilling the prizes.
11. The winners will be notified within 30 days of the close of the promotion by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 30 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up. The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to each winner, the cost of which will be covered by the Promoter.
12. Entrants warrant that their entry image will not infringe the intellectual property rights (including copyright) or, any other proprietary rights whatsoever of any third party.
13. By entering this promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use their entrant image, at the discretion of the Promoter, on the promotion page.
14. The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending a self-addressed envelope to: Win an outdoor dining bundle with Florette competition, 44 Brook Green, London, W6 7BT within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winners before releasing this information and provide the winners the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
15. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry, claim or award of prizes and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify a participant where it believes there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or claimed using fraudulent means.
18. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
19. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winners arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
20. If there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and any other terms whatsoever attached to any advertising material in respect of the promotion, these terms and conditions will take precedence.
21. The promotion is subject to the laws of England and by entering this promotion the participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
