Ingredients
- 4 raspberries
- 25ml raspberry liqueur (such as Chambord)
- champagne
Method
- STEP 1
Put four raspberries in a mortar and crush with a pestle.
- STEP 2
Scoop the crushed raspberries into a champagne flute, add the raspberry liqueur, then top with chilled champagne.
