- 20g peanut butter
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of allspice
- pinch of nutmeg(optional)
- small handful ice cubes

step 1

I like my smoothies not too thick so I had to add more milk than I thought. I also just used normal milk and it worked fine! Hope this helps
