If you're always on the hunt for a dinner that's a good source of protein, satisfying and genuinely delicious but struggle to find a recipe that ticks all those boxes, let me introduce you to our high-protein meal plan.

It makes following a high-protein diet easy, affordable and varied – none of the same flavourless and joyless meals repeated every day, just for the sake of hitting your macros.

The plan consists of seven easy dinner recipes, including meat, veggie and vegan dishes. All of them have been tested by our expert food team so you just know they will deliver big on flavour and nutrients.

By now we're all aware that there are plenty more ways to get your protein than eating meat. That's why we've included everything from a sumptuous lamb curry that takes 10 minutes to prep before simmering in the slow cooker, to the speedy beef noodles, colourful prawn jambalaya and hearty lentil bolognese.

You'll even have some leftovers, as the lentil bolognese and veggie enchiladas can be frozen or keep for a few days.

When you do use the plan, don't forget to use the in-app shopping list to add ingredients from each recipe, then check the My Good Food tab for one clear, organised list before you shop. I find this a total game-changer for my weekly meal plan!
