Love pre-dinner cocktails? Serve the perfect aperitif by blending Aperol or Campari with sparkling water and a generous amount of your favourite champagne
- 50ml aperitif such as Aperol or Campari
- 25ml sparkling water
- ice cubes
- STEP 1
Drop a few ice cubes into the bottom of a wine glass.
- STEP 2
Pour the aperitif into the glass, followed by the sparkling water, and then fill up the glass with champagne.
