Crab toast with coriander

A quick and easy crab paté with a rich bisque flavour to serve with bruschetta-style toasts as a starter or tapas

Method

  1. Mix the crabmeat, mayonnaise, lemon juice and coriander. Season. Taste, then adjust with more mayo, coriander and seasoning if necessary. Serve with toast.

  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • a squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 generous tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • sourdough bread , toasted, to serve
