I cooked this for my family and they loved it! We were having a Thai/Chinese inspired meal so I replaced the balsamic vinegar with a tsp of soy sauce and added ginger, chilli and lemon grass as spices. It was delicious!

Very easy and delicious. I let them go cold and add them to salads.

Very easy to do but not a particularly good result. I think there are better ways to cook mushrooms.

Very tasty and easy to make. I used dried mixed herbs instead of rosemary and even though I forgot the parsley it was lovely.

I found 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary to be too much. The taste was overpowering.

Too much vinegar in it, not really good! Even my husband didn't like it and he eats almost anything.

Great, apart from the vinegar! It takes away rather than adds to the flavour, to my mind. I used Herbes de Provence ( dried) as I had no fresh rosemary.
After eating the mushrooms, I went for a walk, and found myself so tired I could hardly drag my feet over the ground. When I came home, I was stumbling and fumbling, so went to bed and slept about an hour. Most odd for me, I am not a daytime napper. I wondered what had got into me, but a bit of googling reveals that it may have been the tryptophan content of the mushrooms. I shall go easy on them in future. I was using Portabella mushrooms from the supermarket.

Really easy and tasted delicious. Our mushrooms were quite small and were very very well done so next time i will keep an eye on them a bit more. They were still great though.
