Chocolate-drizzled popcorn

Caramel marshmallow popcorn

For an extra indulgent hit, try combining caramel and marshmallow with your popcorn. Heat 2 tspb olive oil in a saucepan with a tight-fitting lid and coat 25g popcorn kernels in it. Cover, pop for 4 mins, then remove from the heat. Put 20g marshmallows into another saucepan over a gentle heat. Once they have melted, stir in 200g caramel, warm through, then drizzle over the puffed-up popcorn.
