Watermelon & lychee pitcher

Ingredients
- 1 kg watermelon (prepared weight), cut into cubes
- ice
- 90ml fresh lime juice, plus lime slices to serve
- 120ml lychee syrup
- non-alcoholic sparkling wine, for topping up
Method
- STEP 1
Blitz the prepared watermelon in a blender until smooth.
- STEP 2
Tip some ice, the lime juice, lime slices, lychee syrup and puréed watermelon into a large pitcher, and stir well. Top up with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and stir.
