- 50ml vermouth (red, white or rosé)
- sparkling water , to top up (around 200ml)
For the garnish
- STEP 1
Fill a highball glass with the ice, then pour in the vermouth and top up with the sparkling water. Garnish with the skewered olives and lemon slice.
