  1. In a wok, stir-fry the vegetables for 1-2 mins until softening, then add the rice and warm through. Crack in the eggs and stir through with the teriyaki sauce.

It was a very easy dish and was quite yummy although I thought it was a bit flavourless even though I added loads more of the sauce than this says but it's good for a quick, easy, cheap dinner
